First floor: spacious living room with TV and fireplace, dining room, high-powered split-system air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, washing machine, and other appliances, large L-shaped balcony with barbecue, hammocks, and a table facing the lagoon, garden along the lagoon’s edge, 1 bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a fan, plus 1 bathroom with a shower and bidet.
Upper floor: 3 spacious bedrooms with spring-mattress double beds (1 of which is en suite) opening onto the panoramic balcony facing the lagoon with stunning views, all with air conditioning and separate fans. Loft with a fan that can be converted into a fifth bedroom. + 1 bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. Closets in 4 bedrooms.
3 garage spaces, WiFi, Netflix, gas-powered hot water on demand.

Casa totalmente equipada em excelente localização. Os proprietários são
amáveis e muito cuidadosos. Além de ser na beira da lagoa, o quintal possui horta, mamoeiro e um pé de manga.
