Quarto super espaçoso, confortável e limpo. Excelente custo benefício para quem vai ficar na região da Lagoa. Cama e travesseiros muito bons. Laura é excepcionalmente atenciosa, educada e muito prestativa.
O local poderia fornecer café da manhã ou equipar melhor os apartamentos com utensílios para preparos. Só tem o básico, mas dá para sobreviver poucos dias O chuveiro pode melhorar.
