OK value for money but not well equipped and hosts didn't answer any text messages requesting info.

Price very competitive. Mostly clean, but see below re. bedsheet & skirting boards. Great shower. Reasonably spacious. Good wifi. Good supermarket very nearby - but we weren't aware of it until almost last day! Of course, in case you aren't aware, Grenoble is one of the most spectacularly beautiful locations on the planet, so if you're on a budget, this is worth considering... To collect keys, need to call & ask about key safe location/code.

Kitchen not well equipped: no corkscrew, cheese grater, scissors... one small washing-up sponge but no scourer or anything to wipe surfaces... only 3 wine glasses & 4 large plates for 6 people (tho' there were smaller plates)... smallest fridge I've ever seen... gas hob lighters didn't work; needed matches or lighter, not supplied; my bedsheet had big black stain on it, looking like mould, and also hairs that definitely weren't my own; dirt on skirting boards etc, though generally clean on floor/counters; no info about where to put out rubbish (in car park) or glass recycling (along the street); *hosts didn't answer one single message when I tried to ask them about these things*. 3rd bedroom was the lounge - but door had been removed, so no privacy for those inside. Clothes storage not great - my room had a wardrobe with hanging space and a shelf above it, nothing else. Location a bit awkward because of Grenoble's extraordinary system of one-way streets meaning lots of zig-zags to get anywhere from this apartment. Although I appreciate it's not a requirement it would have been nice to have a few consumables just to get started, but there were basically none - whoever is next in this apartment will have stacks of washing up liquid, loo roll, kitchen roll, and some other basics.

Zu dreckig um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Für die Schlüsselübergabe gab es eine Erklärung per WhatsApp und hat soweit auch gut funktioniert. Zu der Wohnanlage gehört ein abschließbarer Parkpaltz, wo unsere Motorräder einigermaßen sicher abgestellt werden konnten.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig. In der Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch der der Kaffeefilter von einem Vormieter und das Geschirr war klebrig und musste erst einmal gereinigt werden. In der Mikrowelle klebten noch Essensreste und die Dusche wurde auch schon länger nicht mehr geputzt. Der Wasserablauf am Waschbecken war verstopft und wir haben erst einmal einen Klumpen Haare aus dem Abfluss entfernen müssen, damit das Wasser wieder vernünftig ablaufen konnte. Für die drei Übernachtungen mit drei Personen gab es eine angebrochene Rolle Toilettenpapier und auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, wenn wir mehr benötigen mussen wir es kaufen. Die Handtücher hatten auch schon bessere Tage erlebt und waren teilweise eingerissen. Auf einem Bettlaken war ein Fleck und vermutlich hatten schon vorher Leute in den Betten geschlafen und wurden nicht für uns frisch überzogen. Das man sich in so einer Wohnung nicht wohl fühlt kann man vielleicht verstehen und ich würde die Wohnung auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade um das viele Geld, was die Wohnung für die Übernachtung gekostet hat.

Au top, très calme et bien équipé !

L’ensemble des prestations et équipements. Appartement moderne et agencé avec goût. Il se situe à proximité immédiate de la ligne de tram, ce qui est très confortable si on veut sortir sans utiliser la voiture. Très bon contact avec l’hôte du début à la fin 🥰 Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour et le recommandons sans hésiter ☺️

Logement spacieux et très bien équipé. Literie ultra confortable. Le parking privé fermé est un plus. Tram à 2 pas vers le centre ville direct, pratique. Hôte sympathique, et qui répond rapidement si questions/ conseils. Bien chauffé très agréable à notre arrivée. Double vitrage efficace, et voisins discrets; nous avons très bien dormi. Aussi petit balcon pratique pour sortir fumer sans avoir à descendre.
