The property was absolutely beautiful! The views, the trees, the beautiful flowers and plants were all deeply mesmerising. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean and comfortable.

Location and peaceful atmosphere

We had an amazingly peaceful few days staying here in January, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and life. We were the only ones staying here so had the place to ourselves. Jaycee cooked delicious meals for us and even tea time snacks, and we practised yoga up on the platform overlooking the Idukki dam. We wandered through the tea plantation and walked alongside the ridge with extensive views across the dam. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nothing! Though we chose to walk from the road which was abit of a trek and some of not uphill - but it’s not really a negative as you can easily pick up an auto from the bus stop if you prefer!

The view of the Idukki reservoir is breathtaking, making this a perfect destination for those seeking solitude. However, the property offers minimal amenities—no fan, TV, or fridge, with the only luxury being a geyser.

According to the staff (comprising just one manager and one housekeeping staff), this place is primarily intended for yoga and meditation, attracting a few foreign visitors. The atmosphere is not lively at all, and there is no cafeteria. During our stay, we were the only guests, which added to the sense of isolation. Tea garden is good but not comparable with Munnar tea gardens. The rooms are old-fashioned, with no FAN,AC or TV, and the property is not managed professionally. It appears to cater mainly to yoga aspirants rather than regular tourists. Breakfast is very normal one southindian dish( dosa) with sambar and chutney, water melon juice, water melon, banana and coffee
