Very good location and its best suitable for atleast 2 families as its a villa. Lovely ambience and people out there were so helpful.

May be bed were little uncomfy as it was coir and was causing body pain, dint get sleep for sometime... Overall excellent as we were family of 3 adults and 2 kids and opted for one room which made us little conjusted. Then we thought all can enjoy if we are 2 or more families.

Exceptionally clean. Spacious rooms. Manager Leijo is always at your service. He even managed the daily tours also. Above all, he is a great cook of Indian food. The property itself has a spice garden. You don't have to visit any other so-called spice gardens. Little bit far from the market area and inside the residential area. This will make your stay soundless. Naturally, one can watch variety of birds from its balconies as the area is surrounded with trees, bushes and nice spice plants. Best place to stay for a couple of days with family and groups. There is not much scope for the children to play around.

The Home Stay has been maintained well with lot of greenery and good parking facilities. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We felt like our own house as there was no much crowd. Good interiors and friendly staff are an added advantage.

Even though the facility was descent and met our expectations, simple features such as Cable TV was not working. The facility has a Carrom playing option for entertainment but the board is not maintained well.
