Though staff helped the heater was not working. And offroad was bit off!

I booked your property through Booking.com. I have used Booking.com for nearly nine years for business and family trips across India, but this stay was a disappointing experience. According to the Booking.com listing, payment was due at the property. I was therefore surprised to receive a message from your accommodation team demanding advance payment within three hours and stating that the booking would otherwise be cancelled. This felt unnecessarily pressuring and did not match the payment terms shown when I booked. As someone who also runs businesses, I understand the importance of clear and respectful communication with customers. The overall stay did not provide value for the amount paid. We spent nearly ₹5,000 on accommodation and food, yet the room, amenities and facilities did not justify the cost. There was no activity space for children, no outdoor seating area and no in-house restaurant or reliable night-food arrangement. Since the property is far from nearby food options, guests should be able to rely on the accommodation team to arrange safe and good-quality food. The food arranged for the children at night appeared to be spoiling. I raised this concern with your staff after the children had eaten, and I was worried about their well-being for the rest of the night. Despite the complaint, we were charged for part of the food. This was not an acceptable way to handle a food-quality concern, particularly when children were involved.
