Great Stay with Minor Hot Water Issue The property offers a lovely view and convenient parking, complemented by attentive staff who ensure cleanliness and smooth transport options. Facilities are well-maintained and add to the overall comfort. However, the hot water supply was inconsistent, which slightly affected the experience. Location is decent making it a good value for the price.

The location and natural surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, our overall experience at this property did not meet our expectations. The road leading to the resort is in extremely poor condition, making the drive difficult and uncomfortable, especially after dark. On arrival, there was no staff to assist us with our luggage or escort us to our room. A warm welcome and basic guest assistance would have made a much better first impression. Since the property is quite isolated and travelling out at night is difficult because of the poor road conditions, dining elsewhere wasn’t a practical option. However, the in-house dinner had very limited vegetarian options, mostly combo meals priced at around ₹500 per person, with very little variety. The room and bathroom were reasonably clean, but the overall management and hospitality were disappointing. The property states that the swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Since we arrived close to 7:00 PM, we decided not to use the pool because we believed it would be closing soon. However, later that evening, we noticed other guests using the pool until around 8:30 PM. Had we been informed that the pool would remain open beyond the stated closing time, we would have enjoyed using the facility as well. This inconsistency in communication was disappointing. The property also states that breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Since we had to check out early, we arrived at the dining area at around 7:30 AM and were happy to wait until breakfast service began. However, even after 8:00 AM, breakfast was still not ready, and preparation only started around 8:30 AM, resulting in an unnecessary delay. We were initially informed that breakfast was complimentary, but only after asking were we told that only one breakfast item with tea was included, while any additional items had to be paid for. This was not communicated clearly in advance. The breakfast quality was also disappointing, as we were served burnt toast, which had to be left uneaten. Throughout our stay, the biggest issue was the lack of clear communication and consistent hospitality from the staff and management. The property has an amazing location, but the overall guest experience needs significant improvement. This review is based entirely on our genuine experience. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and improves its communication, food quality, consistency, and guest service so that future visitors can have a better experience.
