    The property has a lot of potential that is unfortunately not nearly as much up to the mark it can be. I pointed out a few small points to the staff while telling them that I design resorts for a living, but they didn't any note just a sorry. The points I mention are all constructive criticisms. things that can be improved without too much trouble. First the good points- The location is spectacularly beautiful and worth all the hassle The restaurant is quite nice as was the staff there Now the problems- Small issues- -Shower sliding door doesn't stay closed making the whole bathroom wet after a shower. -No mat to wipe feet on entry, which in a wet place is a necessity -Getting to the resort can be a bit challenging in rains if you don't have a 4x4 vehicle, which isn't an issue by itself but it should be mentioned somewhere -No slippers are provided as is usual in resorts of this expense, which is needed in the cold weather -Before coming, I asked a member of staff on phone if there were any activities at the resort he said no except for a bonfire which wasn't happening due to rains. However on arriving I find out they do a number of things like arrange a barbecue grill, safaris etc. The junior staff need a bit more training I think Bigger issues- -Flooring in the bathroom is not anti-skid. this can of course be very dangerous when wet -An SOP (standard operating procedure) upon checking in and checking out is needed. When we were about to leave we were asked a bit rudely where the cashews and popcorn from the minibar were by a young member of staff. We hadn't taken any and when we said so it wasn't mentioned again! I had the keys in my pocket but forgot to return them an SOP would have the staff ask me for them. I ended up having to arrange to get them back from my home

    If the price is above 5k rupees for 2 people per night , then you have other competitive places...otherwise, really good !!
