Stunning setting, lovely pool and gardens. Balcony’s were lovely and the staff were also very friendly.
Food also nice
Rooms were a little tired, but given the price this was fine!
Also phone called at 7:30am for breakfast, but as we were on holiday we wanted to sleep in and this woke us up every day.

Peaceful location and staff were very helpful.
The bathrooms weren’t clean at all. The toilet was leaking urine into the bathroom which made the room stink (on top of the damp smell). The hotel was obviously aware of this as they tried to cover it us by turning off the toilet water supply.
The bedding also had stains on in both rooms and the seals around the sinks were disgusting. It’s not worth the money, stay closer to Munnar.
