Property is as described and in a quiet location. Good restaurants and metro within reasonable walking distance. We used taxis to get to our destinations and it was just slightly more than the metro for a family of four and much safer and faster. The beds and linens were very comfortable.
You do have to climb a few stairs that are slippery so make sure you pack light.

Gianluca is a great host, very helpful in every situation. The apartment is in a good location, with all tourist attractions within walking distance. It's in a quiet neighborhood.

Location was excellent, within a short walk to the Spanish Steps. The area was safe and close to many embassies. The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any request. He gave some useful recommendations for places to eat. The apartment was spacious and clean with all the facilities we needed.
Fold out bed not the most comfortable for the older child but fine for younger sibling.

Appartement lumineux , propre, moderne, spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous avons aussi apprécié de trouver café, épices, huile, vinaigre, produits d’entretien etc. Supérette juste à coté. Bus et métro à quelques minutes. Chouette quartier avec petit restos. Contacts très faciles avec le propriétaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
