Zeer centraal in het idyllische Mandello del Lario gelegen. Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers met airco, badkamer en kleine woonkamer annex keuken. Buiten is er een klein zwembad (lijkt groter op de foto's) en zowel aan de voor- als achterzijde van het huis een tuin met zitgelegenheid. Achter het huis is een waskamer met wasmachine, droger en vaatwasser.
Er is een kleine privéparkeerplaats, waar wij met onze 7-zits auto nauwelijks op konden parkeren. Airco in de woonkamer annex keuken ontbrak. Daar stond ook de slaapbank waar 2 van onze kinderen sliepen. Het was daar hartje zomer veel te warm.
