Ihana toisen kerroksen tilava asunto rauhallisella alueella ja silti ihan palveluiden lähellä. Iso aurinkoinen parveke ja näkymät Como-järvelle moneen suuntaan. Rautatieasema lähellä ja vesibussisatama ja markkinatori ihan vieressä. Pelilaatikko esim. shakki oli mukava lisä.
Parvekkeelle kahdet ovet, joista toinen ei aina auennut (ilman kosteus syynä?). Kylpyhuoneen suihkussa ei painetta eli vesi tuli liruttaen. Kaasuhella.
