The cottage was clean fresh and warm had everything you needed for self catering stay and the beds were comfortable There is a small enclosed garden and a car parking space. Within 10minute walk to shops bars and restaurants.

Wonderful cottage in beautiful location.
Superb location, easy to find, good parking.very comfortable. Everything you could ever need was provided and there was plenty of it. Very nice touches like the bowl of tea/coffee/biscuits. Beds were very comfortable. Had some communication with the owner who was lovely, very helpful and friendly. It was a very easy walk to the train station which had an excellent service.
Most of the issues were more about our inability to work out the simplest things! We struggled to open the key lock on arrival, but managed in the end. We couldn't work out how to turn on the radiator in the living room or bathroom but used the fire in the living room and were quick in the bathroom!

The location was good for Knaresborough, the place was stylish and looked good. Facilities ok, and a parking spot available.
Unfortunately the accommodation was not cleaned properly ahead of our stay - arrived to find personal items in some rooms, in the fridge, bathroom, not hoovered. The rooms smelled of cigarettes, even though it is listed as a smoke-free accommodation. Had to tidy and clean this myself before the rest of our guests joined us. Reported this to host who offered to refund cleaning fee which was never received.

The property was amazing so well laid out and very central The property had everything you needed. The host Whitney was beautiful we were able to check in early and we ended up meeting her at the local pub such a beautiful host
