Market Place View

Gorgeous period property right in the centre of Knaresborough. Lovely comfortable bedrooms. Log fire was beautiful on the cold evenings. Property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it is an old property.

Struggle with initial access due to difficult lockbox, but Booking.com and caretaker responded really quickly so no problem.

Fantastic accommodation, well equipped kitchen...washing machine, dishwasher. Spacious, comfortable yet quirky as the building is very old. Couldn't get more central in Knaresborough, literally in the main town Square. Next door to a lovely old pub, Blind Jacks...don't let this put you off. We could hear nothing in the accommodation. 1/2 hour drive to Harrogate, not far from Skipton, Richmond and many other little towns...perfect. Would definitely recommend.

It is not a criticism but realistically, this is not a place suitable for people with poor mobility. The stairs are steep and winding which is part of the history of this place, it was built in the 18th Century.

Great property for a couple of days stay in Knaresborough. We loved the bedrooms and bathroom. It is definitely not for anyone with mobility issues or the very tall, but we loved it's quirky nature. Well equipped kitchen and only a couple of minutes walk from local supermarkets, other the market square from bakers and lots of nearby coffee shops etc

Fabulous place to stay. Beautiful accommodation and such an interesting place. Everything there and thought out so well. Could not get a better location. Cannot recommend Market Place View highly enough. Well worth the visit!!
