Overnight stay in Largs to attend a wedding

The cleanliness, the outstanding views across the Clyde over to the Isle of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae. The facilities were perfect. Very quiet, it had a comfortable settee and bed. Fully equipped kitchen. My partner and I sat on the balcony in the morning watching the ducks playing at the edge of the shore as a small fishing trawler passed by. A very relaxing stay and one that far surpassed every one of the 4 hotels we’ve stayed in this year. For my partner and I the stay was 1st class and I’ll be sure to recommend the View of the Isles to friends and family. AAA+++

Very lovely appartment and perfect view.

We liked the bright, clean airy apartment and of course the beautiful view. It was also great to find some basics in the kitchen cupboards ( a welcome bonus).

A thicker mattress would have been better but despite that thought we were comfortable and slept very well.

Excellent stay, shame about the dog odour.

The property as described has an excellent view of the Isles, and also the property is in walking distance of Largs.

The property advertises as dogs are welcome, as we are none dog owners the lounge especially had a dog odour about it, and there were a few not many dog hairs in that area as well, in all fairness, we knew the property was pet friendly before we booked, so it was our own fault really if I’m honest.

Amazing

Absolutely loved this place. It had everything and more. The view was amazing. Words cannot describe how lovely it was to stay here. Bed was so comfy, great size of rooms aswell.

Fabulous apartment

The views were fabulous and the accommodation was excellent. Clean and comfortable with ample cooking utensils and a very well equipped welcome pack ( bread,milk, breakfast cereal, porridge, butter, jam, coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits).

The weather wasn't great, but we didn't let this affect our stay! The walk to the town centre was a little longer than expected and walking on the pavement on the roadside was unavoidable for part of the walk, but you can head onto the pedestrian walkway about half way down the road. This was a lovely walk.

Great stay in a lovely apartment with a mega comfy bed and a beautiful view

Really comfy bed. View from the balcony was lovely. Cracking big tele in the living room with a comfy couch too. Nice touch from the hosts to leave bread & milk for breakfast too. Really clean and easy to check in/out. Good communications with the hosts too

Lovely location for a walk into the town and a great connector to the nearby Isle of Cumbrae - a must visit.

Amazing balcony view. Comfortably sized kitchen space & living room. Generously sized bathroom - very clean and tidy. And some bits for all the family to enjoy on arrival - a real nice and helpful touch.

An exceptional apartment offering stunning views out to the Isles

The apartment was very modern, comfortable and clean. The checking in instructions were easy to follow. The welcome pack provided by the host was much appreciated and very thoughtful. The location of the apartment is convenient for walking into Largs or catching a bus. The views from the balcony are stunning. Binoculars have been provided so that guests can observe more closely the sea life. It’s a very relaxing and awe inspiring place to stay. We would definitely recommend the View of the Isles to anyone who wishes to explore the area. We can’t wait to book a return visit!
