The location and facilities! The instructions were all detailed. The room was very clean! We had access walking distance of two train lines which was very convenient, including the one from the airport!
No front desk, everything was by email. Door codes, room instructions, etc. I was expecting someone to talk (I guess I am not used to this type hotel) but it worth for sure!

The location to nearest train station is indeed 120 meters so it is very convenient.
No cleaning of rooms during period of stay. It will be good to offer cleaning at least once for customers who stay for beyond 3 days.

Location is good. Room is quite well equipped. Staffs are very responsive and helpful.
Room is too small for 6 of us. My mother caught a bug in the enclosed bedroom. Building / room air ventilation can be improved.
