Spacious well equipped rooms. Good breakfast. Located next to a metro station and TCAT.
There’s no much to do in this area of Tokyo other than taking a TCAT bus to the airport or a metro to the active areas such as Shinjuku.

Lots of food options in the neighborhood
The bathroom amenities were nice.
It’s extremely dated. Carpets are full of stains which is disgusting.
The corridors smelt musty.
Guest rooms need a big refurbishment
Bathrooms also need update.
