Very clean

Lovely room in a lovely part of the world. It was sparkling clean, modern and the decor was very nicely done. My only complaint was that the TV didn't have standard TV - not as far as I could tell anyway, its was very complicated - and the internet based channels kept buffering, so I gave up in the end.

Would not hesitate to return in future

Room was very good spotlessly clean didn’t see any staff but the lady who text us with the entry details was very efficient. just two small things. The water in the shower ran boiling to stone cold. Also the tea/coffe machine wasn’t the best. The parking is a problem but we managed to get on street parking for the night. The restaurant below we had a meal there but all it served was Pizza not my favourite thing but the others in my party enjoyed it. Other than that we would book the room again.

Lovely and very nice furnished modern room, comfortable beds, large bathroom with grear walk in shower, and very convenient location for visiting Angelesy and North Wales/Snowdonia. The owners also own the Italian cafe/restaurant downstairs where we had dinner one night and it was yummy! Small letdown was that the room wasn't cleaned or towels and cups/glasses changed or coffee/tea topped up during our 5 day stay, even though it was offered if staying 3+ day and we requested this via email, which they may have missed. Better to communicate via the whatsapp number. Small hick-up with the check-in codes but that was very swiftly resolved. One thing that the owners do need to change is the online check in process which you are required to complete to get the door code for self check in. Last step in the process requires you to pay for your booking even if you already paid via a site like Expedia. This resulted in us paying twice. Refund is hopefully on it's way but its taking a week.

The only minor thing was a green light above the door but we covered it with a cushion.

Great location, owner very responsive and helpful. Bed comfortable, loads of eateries, hotel wifi and TV were excellent. Shower a bit weak and traffic noise sometimes, with refuse collection and deliveries, a bit noisy. That is the trade off with great location for amenities.
