The restaurant was nice and welcoming.
The staff kept us waiting, the service was terrible. There was no where to sit in the bar and the staff wouldn’t let us sit in the restaurant despite there being space, me being disabled and we were staying in the hotel. Breakfast took an hour, bacon was burnt and everything else was cold. No sauces, no butter and when we asked for some the waitress looked disgusted.

Situation.
Breakfast was lovely.
Room was clean
Shower was good.
Staff were good
Our room was awful.. 101..very pricey for what we had..too small, no side table on one side, no dressing table I had to sit on the floor to do my hair and make up.. the bed was slopping. The bedroom window wouldn’t stay open had to wedge something under it to keep it up..
Tv.. the picture… connection wasn’t right..
WiFi (when we got on) was a poor signal.
The bathroom shelf was not attached properly, couldn’t put anything on it without falling off, and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t slide properly

Loved our stay! Staff really friendly and attentive, food lovely especially breakfast and rooms were clean and cosy!
Only slight niggle was the bedroom window in room 105 didn’t close properly so caused a slight draught. Once curtains were shut it wasn’t noticeable and didn’t effect our stay.

It’s was our third time staying at Anglesey Arms Hotel.
Great location if you planning to do hiking.
Hotel is nice and clean and the staff is really friendly and professional.
They have lovely restaurant and nice choice of food.
It’s busy around the festive season but they manage everything great.
Thank you to the receptionist for resolving small issues and being professional all the time.
Property is on a great location and they serve great food and drinks.

This was a 1 night stop on the way to the ferry for Dublin. Key features for us were secure on-site parking, and an in-house restaurant for an evening meal, both of which were absolutely fine.
We had to leave for our ferry before breakfast service started.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent either a very comfortable bed and a good size ensuite bathroom. Great location for exploring Anglesey and the restaurant was excellent too.

But best of all the staff were without exception a great team of people.

Great location, character filled hotel. Dinner was great - loved the fixed price (summer) option providing a smaller meal suitable for older diners. Bed very clean and comfortable
Room was hot, even with radiators off and window wide open - had to use the fan

The room stank of mould. There was a loud banging sound every 30 minutes or so coming from the window or radiator

We enjoyed our three day stay very much. It is obvious the interior of the building is looking very worn and needs a make over. The meals varied .Day 1 very good, day 2 could have been better. Didn't know whether there had been a change of chef, because the first meal we had was much better than the second. I think if we had stayed longer we might have been going somewhere else for an evening meal.

The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much bother and so genuine and gracious.
The room was a little small but still comfortable and clean

For history buffs it was an ideal location, just a few yards walk from Telford’s famous bridge. Staff, without exception, were very friendly and helpful. Evening meal was excellent. Sadly the Thomas Telford Centre across the road was closed on the day we were there.
As cyclists, the provision for the overnight storage of bikes was a little ad hoc - in with the bins in a rather crowded back yard but, it was locked up and the bikes were still there in the morning! For the price, our room was rather small.

Good location, rooms clean and helpful staff. Tea and coffee/biscuits supplied in rooms and nice toiletries for stay. Fan was particularly needed given the heatwave in UK!
Room 107 had too many chairs. (3 in total) making the room too difficult to move in. All pillows were quite dense .. and unsuitable for front or side sleepers. Would be nice for the extra one supplied to be lighter.

Brilliant breakfast. Waitress very attentive and faultless.
Despite requesting twin beds we had a double. Despite sending an email the day before, saying what time we would arrive, then another on the day saying traffic was bad and we'd be arriving later, it appeared that neither had been read.

Lovely room with excellent facilities. Large comfy bed with quality pillows. Huge bathroom with complimentary toiletries.
Excellent location with free parking. Perfect base to explore Anglesey.
Breakfast was ... ok. I prefer granary or at least thick toast, rather than budget supermarket thin-sliced bread. Service was slow and staff seemed slightly rushed and stressed. Lack of fresh glasses, every morning at least one of the juice carafes was empty, plus water empty, fruit almost gone etc.
Having said that, the 'Sunday roast to share' was magnificent! :-)
