About this house rental
This New Port Richey house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms - 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. There is also a queen sofa bed and a blow up mattress. In addition, this home is equipped with a floating dock, and jet ski dock -ideal for boating (ask about bringing your boat or jetski!) , fishing, and exploring nearby islands. There is a family game closet filled with board games and cards games, paddle boards, axe throwing and a separate pool table room (open the closet next to the dining room and you'll find a 40,000 equipped retro gaming station). Book chartered fishing trips-directly from the house! Due to the
positioning of the home, there is both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The saltwater pool comes heated to 85 degrees in the winter and can be requested to be warmer in the winter or cooler in the summer for an additional cost. There is a weber charcoal grill that comes with the booking. Inside, the master bathroom offers a private commercial grade steam room and 2 of the bathrooms showcase imported Italian marble, where the other bathroom has grab bars and zero entry shower for those that need ease of use. Pets are welcome with a $250 non-refundable fee. ONLY 10 min to downtown New Port Richey where you can grab a drink at a brewery, an ice cream, or an amazing farm to table meal from The Social, The Zen Garden, BOM or a wine and cheese board at The Sip.

This house is amazing. The pictures online do not do it justice. The outdoor area is fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked. There were even a host of spices available for use. The open concept with the kitchen and family room are very spacious. We loved this house so much that we have booked another trip there for two weeks in 2026. I would highly recommend this home.

There were so many favorites at this house.Number one favorite – pool and lying poolside in the sun.Number two favorite – spa bathroom Attached to the primary bedroom.Number three – outdoor living space with TV-awesome.Number four – Open floorplan with fabulous kitchen, living room, game room, TVs, laundry.Chelsea and her husband were fabulous hosts and addressed every concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Florida. I will definitely be back - happy new year.

The house was as shown in pictures. The pool and outside area was fabulous. We enjoyed friendly competition in the game room w/the pool table. The house was well equipped and our stay was very comfortable.
