Sea Breeze Beach House offered by Beach Time Rentals
The property offers a King bed in the primary bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the third bedroom and a Sleeper sofa in the living room.
Our Sea Breeze rental home has a full kitchen, spacious and comfortable living room and a separate dining room as well. In addition, this lovely vacation home has a Florida room that opens onto the beautiful backyard with private pool.
Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
This is ideal for family gatherings and barbeques, yet it's steps to the beach. This charming vacation rental is one of a kind in the Clearwater Beach area. It is located in the famous Carlouel subdivision, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Our beautiful home is only a short distance to restaurants, entertainment, Pier 60, and the Jolley Trolley stops close by.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

We had a wonderful time at Sea Breeze! Everything was just perfect. The tropical garden was our favorite place for breakfast. The beach is just 2 minutes round the corner. And the house has everything you need for the beach. We definitely recomment this place!

We had an amazing time at this location. The house was clean and had close access to the beach. The private pool and backyard definitely was a plus. Mona was efficient and helpful with booking and communication! We will definitely be back again to visit.
