Everything was perfect from self-checkin to checkout. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, board games, pool table, swimming pool - everything was great. We found that the microwave wasn’t working as soon as we checked in at 11.45pm. Sent a message through the app. Not only they responded immediately, we had the plugin replacement microwave at the door when we woke up. That responsiveness is priceless and we were thoroughly impressed.
