Nice property, huge space which was critical for 6 grown men who didn’t want to share hotel rooms. Easy checkin, clear communication, convenient to everything.

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Dunedin. Everything was clean, and we enjoyed the outdoor area. It was nice having 2 houses beside one another. It does sleep 16 people, but that included roll away beds which wasn’t convenient for all our family with everyone being over the age of 18. All in all we had a nice visit.

Nice property. Kids loved the yard and all it offered. Needs to restock plastic items for kids/ pool and basic supplies. Few broken items so some repairs are needed. Overall nice home.

Great amenities, owner was very responsive to any questions. Having the two houses was great to give folks without kids their own space. Easy shopping nearby and close to the beach. Would highly recommend!
