-Second Bedroom: Two Queen beds, private bathroom, and walk-in closet.

-Third Bedroom: King bed with nearby bathroom and shower.

-Fourth Bedroom: Daybed and Full bunk bed, perfect for relaxing or sleeping.

-Fifth Bedroom: Queen bed and TV, great for movies or unwinding.



Bathrooms:

The main bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a soaking tub, separate shower, and double sinks. The other two bathrooms have modern showers, with premium toiletries provided in all.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with two microwaves, a professional oven, a modern cooktop stove, a spacious fridge, a mini-fridge for extra storage, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. It’s perfect for preparing everything from quick bites to family meals.

Our driveway holds up to 6 cars. Street parking isn’t advised, as we respect our neighbors’ peace.

To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, we'll provide you with a self-check-in code when you arrive. We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible, so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.



Other Things to Note:

Heated Pool:

Enjoy a relaxing swim year-round, pool heat is included in your stay at no extra charge! The system is programmed to maintain around 85°F, though the final water temperature depends on outdoor weather and air temperature. Heat pumps can typically warm the pool up to 10–20°F above the current air temperature, so on cooler days, it may not reach the full set temperature. No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions or heater performance.



Please note that pool maintenance is handled by external contractors and takes place every Monday and Friday. You may see maintenance personnel during your stay, but the exact timing may vary. Thank you for your understanding!



There's no need to take the garbage bins to the curb. We offer valet trash service, and our team will ensure the bins are taken out every Monday and Thursday night.



Pet Policy:

We welcome up to 3 pets per stay 🐾 for an additional fee. Please include your pets in your booking request so we can prepare accordingly.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:

Guests can now request early check-in or late check-out directly through our guest portal. Both options are subject to availability and will be confirmed the day before your arrival or departure.



The house is conveniently located close to many major attractions and airports.



Beaches: Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, and Belleair Shore are 5 minutes away. Redington Beach, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, and Clearwater Beach are just 15 minutes away. Honeymoon Island is about a 30-minute drive away, and you can also take the Caladesi Island Ferry, which is also a 30-minute drive from the house.



Airports: Tampa International Airport is 25 minutes away, and the St. Pete-Clearwater Airport is just 15 minutes away.



Downtown areas: Downtown St. Pete is a 25-minute drive from the house.



Shopping: Publix Super Market, Walgreens, Speedway Gas station, and Panera Bread are just 3 minutes away.
