Great condo! But... our unit was very loud. We fully understand that it's located on Front Street, but they also know it as well. The master bedroom in #6 has a jar of individually wrapped earplugs to use. I get that they can't advertise that as it could hurt sales, but you hear every car on Front St. Semi truck at 4am? Good morning! The floor was definitely not swept prior to our arrival but that's minor. We travel quite a bit and have never seen a 10am checkout either. Maybe I'm wrong and it's the new industry standard. That's also minor. We're just used to 11am. Great, cute condo, easy parking in back, management was quick to respond and in a solid location. We come from a long line of hospitality professionals so not being a Karen, just honest feedback from honest folks. Traverse City is awesome.

The unit was clean and in okay condition. It sat close to a busy street and was very noisy, although a sound machine and ear plugs were provided. Generally speaking there was nothing wrong with the unit, we just didn't like the location.
