The Space:
Our centrally located condo will have everything you need for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. Located 5 minutes from downtown Traverse City, steps away from the TART trail (connecting you from downtown TC to Suttons Bay!), and 10 minutes to the first stop of the Peninsula wine trail, and a short bike ride to our beautiful beaches.
Our condo offers an open floor plan, two bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms! We offer 2 queen bed & 1 pull-out sofa bed option in the living room, all made with fresh quality linens. Both bedrooms are equipped with luxury bath robes for ultimate relaxation! Bathrooms are stocked with freshly washed towels & toiletries. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and baking needs. A kitchen island is provided for additional prep space & the eat-in kitchen table is set for six. The living room is comfortably staged and offers a smart-tv for all your streaming needs! We provide a basket of games for your use, too!
Central Air, in-unit laundry, WiFi, Smart TV, Coffee, a private balcony, a dedicated work space & so much more!
At booking, you will receive a curated guide to our neighborhood from Bayshore Vacation Rentals!

This unit is on the 2nd floor of the building. There is also a large common area on the 4th floor, with work & dining spaces, as well as a kitchenette.
The Neighborhood:
5 minutes to downtown TC, steps away from the TART trail, a short bike ride to the nearest beach!
Getting Around:
Everything downtown Traverse City is walkable (about 1 mile), but for those looking for transportation, Uber, Lyft, and local cab companies are available.
Other Things to Note:
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

Check-Out: Is at 10 am
We have two parking spaces to offer. Any additional vehicles can pay to park in a nearby parking garage or try for first-com-first-serve parking on the street!

It was a very nice place. Quite attractive. Good parking and easy entrance. Felt very safe. Never noticed any road noise that many people mentioned in their comments. However, the people above us were noisy (floor stomping - a child running?) until past 11:00. I couldn't sleep on the mattress so I had 4 nights sitting up or on the couch. I would encourage your clean-up crew to do the tops of the floor moldings. There was alot of dust collected in the bathroom. The mattress is why I probably won't be able to return. Everything else is minor. Thanks for making it nice.

We visited TC for the first time during Cherry festival season and we were so pleased that this VRBO is so centrally located. Part of our party was staying at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, while others were closer to downtown TC like us.. and we found that we were perfectly situated. Pleasant drive almost anywhere we wanted to go. Even driving to Glen Arbor for a kayak adventure wasn't terrible of a drive. VRBO was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and it was quiet. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Overall, we had a nice stay! The only drawbacks were that the patio furniture was in poor condition and literally falling apart, and the bedding wasn’t ideal. There was no middle sheet on the beds—just an empty duvet cover being used as a sheet, which didn’t feel very comfortable or clean. It gave the impression that the bedding quality wasn’t the best.
