This property features 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10 very comfortably) - two bedrooms downstairs and two up with a full bathroom on each level. Guests can relax and unwind in this serene space or take advantage of the public boat launch just a 1/4 mile from the property. Once you are in the water, you can keep your boat/kayak/jet ski moored within feet from the house at the private 58 x 8' aluminum floating dock complete with power (BYOBB - bring your own boat bumpers). There is even a retractable latter for the kids to swim right off the dock! In the evenings, settle in by the huge outdoor fire pit. Completely equipped kitchen with air fryer, gas stove, electric oven, cookware, and dishes as well as basic spices and condiments. Linens, soap, free Wifi, laundry facilities, and many family games - including a karaoke system! Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.

The house was nicely furnished and decorated. There was plenty of room for people to get together or have some down time. We really enjoyed being on the river and watching cigar racers, sail boats, freighters and jet skis travel past.The deck was plenty big for two dogs, kids and adults. Be ware that the neighbor has three dogs that are off leash and there is no fence between properties. The dogs are friendly but rushed toward our dog several times while barking. While they weren't vicious, our dog saw it as an attack and became defensive.
