The layout is perfect for a large group- main floor bedroom wonderful for those who are unable to do stairs like my momma. Comfortable and well equipped! I want to live here forever. I LOVE this home and the layout.
Needed a bit of fresh air when we first got there- stale and someone had cooked fish. Lots of windows to open and get some fresh coastal air- small issue.

Very clean and spacious. Lots of bathrooms which made it easy for people to be able to have some of their own space when needed
Hot water took a long time to reach the top bathroom, floors creek and sound travels far in the house.

Beautiful both inside and out
The garbage cans were full when we arrived overflowing when we left. The outlet in the kitchen where the coffee pot is didn’t work. We had made a crockpot meal while we were at the beach and when we arrived back to the property, it wasn’t done. The Wi-Fi worked only when it wanted to, and the upstairs TV is missing a cable to connect to the Internet.
