Summary
This is a classic Kiwi holiday home — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for slowing down together. Enjoy sweeping views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains, with mornings spent over a cuppa and evenings watching the light fade over the lake.
Just a relaxed 20-minute walk to town, it’s close to everything yet still feels like a true family getaway.
The Space
A classic, spacious Kiwi holiday home with sweeping views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains — built for slowing down together. Queenstown Gardens and the town centre are both an easy walk away.
Bedrooms: Four bedrooms, with lake and Mountain View.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have walk in showers.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine.
Balcony: There is a balcony with four chairs on the deck outside overlooking the lake. On the entrance side of the house there is a table and six chairs and a yard.

Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Two single beds + trundle mattress
Bedroom 4: Double bed
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: internal and external: External stairs from driveway; internal staircase to second level
Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (2 tanks here each 180L) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

the only downfall was the one parking spot which was a bit annoying getting in and out of but besides that everything was peerfect
