Large Architecturally designed separate dwelling on Queenstown Hill above the town (5 mins walk to the main city centre). 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 people. 2 separate bathrooms plus 2 separate toilets, 2 large separate living areas, separate breakfast sunroom, Off-street parking for 3 cars. The property boasts two front balconies with panoramic views of the Lake, the Remarkables, Walter Peak and part of Queenstown city centre. There is a third balcony with views towards Skyline Gondola. The downstairs courtyard has a new outdoor covered spa pool (hot tub) with panoramic views. There is a large fenced off rear lawn area. This dwelling is ideal for a large family or even two small families. It's a small walk down to the city centre initially through an adjoining reserve or you could even walk up to the top of Queenstown Hill and enjoy the views. Fully fitted out separate kitchen plus outdoor BBQ. Queenstown is the premiere location of New Zealand for Night life, Restaurants and Shopping. It goes without saying the adventure activities are unbelievable!

Just a beautiful home in a great location.

The views were spectacular. The amount of square footage was perfect for our family of 6. The walk times to town etc. on the website were actually double the actual walk times, which was disappointing. The instructions for the house were out of date. It said appliance instructions were in the drawer in the kitchen and they were not. We could not get the oven to work and finally realized there was a switch on the wall that needed to be turned on. The switch was not marked. There was no coffee maker. Communication with host was poor. It took 2 days to get a reply. Most importantly was the safety issue of only have one key when there were 3 exit doors to the house that must be unlocked from the inside by key. Extremely dangerous fire hazard. Three keys should be provided.

Amazing property. Best view anywhere. Large, fully equipped. Only issue is the dryer, it such a minor thing.
