Queenstown - a Brand New (2025), Modern Queenstown Home with Sweeping Views.
Breathtaking Lake and Mountain Views complement the 4 King bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, and a bright open-plan living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a built-in pantry, and the large bathtub is perfect for unwinding. A double garage provides secure parking. Close to Queenstown Hill walking track and mountain biking trails, this is the perfect base for adventure and relaxation. Guests love the property as it can sleep up to 8 single people or we can make up 4 King beds. It is beautifully warm with 2 heat pump ducted heating plus a gas fireplace for heating.

The view is the highlight of this rental property. But no place is perfect. The walls were thin enough for conversations between rooms. The doors in two of the bedrooms upstair did not latch, so the occupants were unable to lock the door. There was not enough seating in the living room, in front of the fire place. And the staircase was slightly unstable. In exchange for the view, the rental is a hike/drive to the main part of town.Otherwise, the rental property was beautiful, with a stunning view, a modern aesthetic, and modern appliances.
