    Traveling with 3 can be awkward, but this layout was great. Good shower and 2 toilets was aweso.e and in suite laundry was game changer. Also have recycling clothes program if you whoopsie bought too much. Not too many building amenities, but didnt really need it. Location was good with nearby station, tattoo friendly bath house and a couple of decent restaurants.

    This hotel was in a nice location. Close to the JR line/Kyoto station. 2 stops away from Gion. Staff was amazing. We will definitely come back and stay at this apartment hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful..
