部屋の広さや清潔さ、設備の充実はもちろんのこと、オーナーのFedericoさんが迎え入れてくださり、親切に対応くださる。
オーナーとの連絡がスムーズで、滞在中気にかけてくださっていることを感じ、安心して過ごすことができました。
ミケランジェロ広場に近いので、夕焼けと朝焼けのフィレンツェの素晴らしい景色が堪能できます。
部屋には小さなパティオもあり、朝の食事に最適でした。是非、機会があればまた利用したいです。写真通りのすばらしい部屋です。
キッチン奥のシャワーやトイレは、使い心地があまりよくありませんでしたので、使用しませんでした。
メインのトイレとシャワーで充分だったので、困りません。

Cet appartement était parfait ! Idéal pour une famille avec des adolescents. Les deux chambres sont spacieuses. Il y a deux salles de bain.
Nous sommes arrivés un peu à l’avance et Frederico, notre hôte, était présent pour nous accueillir.
L’appartement est très propre et vraiment bien situé. On peut tout faire a pied.
C’est le plus bel appartement que j’ai eu l’occasion de louer en Europe.

Location was fantastic, easy to get into central Florence within minutes by foot but also within its own gently buzzing community. Hosts were very accommodating with added extras very much appreciated. Accommodation had well proportioned bedrooms with careful consideration given to revealing the history of the property. Small rear balcony is practical but also provides a photo opportunity every hour of the day. Local restaurants and shops outstanding, in particular bakery and sandwich bar.

Perfect location away from more touristy areas, but still close enough to walk to them. The gelato place downstairs was hands down the best gelato we had during our 2 week stay in Italy! The washer/dryer was a life saver!
One of the toilets had a flushing problem, and it seemed to be a common thing becasue there was a note above it to hold the button down. That didn't work unless you twisted the button just right (which we could not do, but when we contacted the host they came and it worked fine. When we tried again after they left it still wasn't working. Easy fix though - just don't go #2, and manually flush with a pot of water.
