San Niccolò Luxury Apartment

Lots of space in this walk up apartment and only a 10 min walk from Ponte Vecchio. There are three restaurants on the same block, all great choices for a casual dinner. Property managers are AWESOME!!!! Some of the best hosts we’ve ever had.

Outdoor terrace is small but fine for a morning cup of coffee. Overall can’t really say there was anything we found bad with this property.

Es verdaderamente un apartamento de lujo. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. Tiene todos los detalles, vale mucho la pena! La ubicación es muy buena y la zona muy linda,con varios restaurantes y bares muy lindos en la calle del apartamento. Federico es muy amable. Nos ayudó con el equipaje y se subió al coche conmigo para indicarme dónde estacionarlo. Nos sentimos muy muy cómodos.

Very nice property . A little noisy at night but we were right above restaurants

Great communication with the host, Federico, who provided all the necessary information before our stay, making the check-in process smooth. He also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, bakery and luggage storage indication for the check out, which we really appreciated. The accommodation was fully equipped, very spacious, nicely renovated, and had a lovely relaxing balcony on the first floor. The location was also very convenient — most of the main attractions could easily be reached on foot, while public transport options were also nearby. We would definitely return here again.
