Toilet was al even niet schoongemaakt toen we aankwamen, raar want de rest van het appartement was wel proper. Ligging is aan een zeer drukke straat, gebouw is verouderd, al is het appartement zelf wel opgefrist.

Location is excellent. The Muni stop is around the corner and takes you straight into Embarcadero so excellent for commuting and even sight seeing. Also the ocean view is about a 30 - 40 minute walk which is excellent if you are into running. Stonestown Galleria is within 5-10 minute walking distance for shopping. Great location and great apartment

Naturally being close to the main road, there was a fair bit of road noise especially since 19th avenue is very busy road.. But you do eventually become immune to it.

The location was ideal; close to a nice mall with plenty of dining choices in the area and easy access to transportation. The bed was very comfortable and the entire suite was spotless. Also, every detail was taken care so that we did not have to ask for or purchase anything we needed. For example; scissors which I needed to remove tags from items we had purchased. We enjoyed the coffee and really liked the mugs. We ate out every day, but we appreciated having serving ware for snacks. Also nice to have the toaster, microwave, and fridge.

The dining table was pub style, but the chairs were the wrong height which made it a bit uncomfortable. There was no way to control the temperature directly. However, we contacted the owner and that issue was quickly resolved for the rest of our stay. We were surprised to have been requested to give a $300 cash deposit on our arrival. We had already paid the rental, fees and taxes, etc., and did not see the need. However, the cash was returned to us prior to our departure. Also, we were surprised not to be able to store our luggage the day of our arrival. If there had been no space available or if the previous guest were still occupying it, we would have understood. However, that was not the case. The owner just wanted to charge an additional $50 payment to have the luggage inside. Typically, we have not encountered that issued (in Air BnB lodging or in hotels.) Most will accommodate the need when the guest is not requesting anything other than safe storage of the bags. This would have allowed us to go sight-seeing or shopping. Instead, we lost the time to do so as we had to stay with our bags until after 3 p.m.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Cute, clean, comfortable and close to everything. Walking distance to the mall and a bunch of little shops. Nice neighborhood, felt safe walking around by myself. Owner is very responsive to messages and takes care of any issues in a timely matter. I tripped a breaker and it was fixed within minutes. The only cons is It is on a busy street so you can hear the traffic outside and footsteps from the person staying above you. If you are a light sleeper that maybe a little hard to adjust to. It did not bother me.The room was cold with no heat adjustment, again not a big issue. I never asked to have the heat turned on, but I'm sure they would've accommodated me if I would have asked. Overall it was a great stay. I would stay here again.
