Private Room in Modern Homestay with Fast Wifi

One of the best house hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Unlike most, they did a good job of supplying the essentials and having extras on hand for guests to take if needed without hassle. Places like this with coded locks on doors for guests in a house are essentially trying to be a hotel but most of them don’t provide anywhere near the level of needed facilities, with the kitchen being the biggest trouble spot.

Nothing.

A very quiet location close to the beach, with a large bed.

Overall, everything was fine, though there were a few minor issues: the microwave didn't work, and—despite the rule to walk around the house without shoes—my white socks turned dark after just 30 seconds in the kitchen; however, the room itself was clean. There were also some slight issues with parking and the TV.

mostly clean but other guests sharing the spaces left messes

Location, cleanliness, dedicated bathroom and how comfortable the room was. House vibes were chill and quiet at night, all positive for a good rest. There is a small living room for those wanting to lounge outside their bedrooms, and a very clean kitchen with all the supplies one needs to cook up a meal. Neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to public transportation as well as delis and shops. And bonus - beach is just a 20 minute walk. If you have a car rental, you’ll have better chances of finding parking in this neighborhood. Was a nice treat to head out to the patio and enjoy the view. Would definitely stay again if it works out on the next work trip.

Refrigerator could be better organized per room and wish each bathroom had their own designated hairdryer 😅. At the end, I couldn’t find one. Also - the room could have had more electrical sockets. But none of these warranted deducting a point.
