Location was perfect for me.
I travel to SF often and have been looking for a comfy place to stay.
Excellent coffee shop around the corner!
It was SOOOOO cold in there.
I would have liked an easier way to adjust the temperature, at least to warm up the room. this may work for me in the late summer early fall , but Nov - June it is just tooooo cold.

Location of the property was in a good area. Lots of eateries close by. Ocean just 5 minute drive. Good easy hikes. One designated parking spot right in front of the house.

Great location out of the city but easy and direct his route. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the area. Easy access to parks/running routes.
The space is downstairs and not a lot of natural light, and just need to time showers with the people upstairs to get hot water
