Architectural design w/panoramic ocean views. Centrally located in the highly desirable Sunset District. Peaceful and safe. The floorplan features 2 Primary Bedrooms, 1 Full Bath w/Walk-in Shower, Living Room/Dining Area, 2 Workspaces and Gourmet Kitchen. Beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, as well as large Bayview windows overlooking the ocean. 2 large skylights highlight both the kitchen and bathroom providing an additional source of natural light. Cute backyard with succulents, a small deck and outdoor seating. There is a garage w/ washer/dryer. Free off street parking right in front and next to the house. High speed internet.
Getting Around The Neighborhood:
Our home is centrally located in the highly desirable Sunset District. It's a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The location offers easy FWY access (280/101), Muni/Public Trans (L Taraval, N Judah + Bus Lines), Ocean Beach/Zoo/Stern Grove, Golden Gate Park (includes DeYoung Museum, Cal Academy of Sciences, Botanical/Japanese Tea Garden, and Ferris Wheel) which is in walking/biking distance + UCSF in close prox. as well as the convenience of nearby grocery, shopping, restaurants, and playgrounds.
Other things to note:
There is a unit below. The two shared spaces are the backyard and washer/dryer in the garage. There is privacy.

I would highly recommend a stay in the home. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches and any part of San Francisco. Parking is easy, uber, waymo, bus, train are all easily accessed for venturing out during your stay. The views of the ocean are stunning at all times of day but particularly during sunset. The home is bright and airy, well appointed, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may want from eating takeout to preparing a full meal. The owners are friendly and helpful, very responsive if needed, while also respecting your privacy during your stay. It really felt like a home away from home. We will be back.
