The apartment was spotless, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. The check-in process was fast, the staff were very responsive, and the underground parking was extremely convenient during our three-night stay in Timișoara.

Very nice apartment

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large, and the kitchen was well equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. The host was very kind and helpful — he even called us to assist with the check-in process, which we really appreciated. A big plus is that the apartment has parking, which was very convenient.

The only minor downsides were that the sofa in the living room was a bit dirty and the floors could have been cleaner. Also, there were no towel holders in the bathroom, which made it slightly inconvenient after showering. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is not in the city center but rather on the outskirts, and for us that was a big plus. It was easy to find, convenient to access from the highway, and very quiet. The underground parking was also a huge advantage. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The area is still developing with new buildings around, but it did not bother us at all. It was peaceful even during workdays. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and felt brand new. Everything, from the furniture to the bathroom, looked modern and well maintained. There was plenty of space, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this accommodation, especially for travelers arriving by car, since there is a secure underground parking and a quiet environment. It might not be ideal for those who want to be right in the city center, but for us it was just what we needed.

The only downside was that the apartment had not been cleaned as thoroughly as expected. However, when I mentioned this to the owner, he was very open and understanding. He reassured me that this was not their usual standard and personally made sure it would not happen again. I really appreciated his attitude and professionalism.

I liked the size of the apartment and the facilities. It is new and confortable. There ia an office, kitchen, big shower, perfect for a family.

I would appreciate to have a cleaner apartment. Why? Quite a lot of hair on the sofa and in the bed sheets. Besides that, there is a hanging power outlet in room 405 which was really dangerous for kids. I managed to cut my foot on a piece of glass that was left in the room, in the corner by the desk.

Groaznic

Foarte frig in apartament. Am fost cu un copil de un an pe care a trebuit să îl îmbrăcam cu 3 rânduri de haine noaptea și tot rece era. Termostatul arată o temperatură falsă. Am sunat și am sesizat problema temperaturii și ni sa spus că depinde de fiecare persoană la ce temperatură este obișnuit să stea. Apoi nu au mai răspuns la telefon. Plus de asta când am ajuns la apartament era în jur de ora 20 si ne grăbeam sa culcam copilul , in fiecare încăpere era geamul deschis și foarte frig. Ni sa spus că se va încălzi in scurt timp insa au fost maxim 20 de grade pe tot parcursul șederii noastre de 2 nopți. Podeaua era foarte murdară , in primele 5 minute ne-am făcut ciorapii negrii din albi. Dușul are o presiune foarte scăzută , îngheți de frig in duș , deșii am văzut mai multe comentarii in care sa sesizat această problemă. Am impresia că e lăsat așa intenționat ca să stai cat mai puțin în duș , că să se facă economie.

Un apartament frumos, cu potențial mare, dar n-aș mai opta pentru acesta având în vedere problemele semnalate.

Apartamentul este frumos mobilat și utilat, relativ aproape de centru, aeroport.

Cea mai mare problemă a fost faptul ca nu a funcționat centrala, astfel n-am putut să facem duș. Am semnalat acest lucru, a venit cineva să rezolve problema, însă tot nu aveam apă caldă. A fost foarte neplăcut. Deși proprietarul ne-a spus ca nu știe cum de s-a întâmplat asta, citind review-urile, mi-am dat seama ca este o problema veche, ceea ce sugerează neseriozitate.

Sve odlično!

Sve je bilo savšeno. Domaćin vrlo bio vrlo ljubazan. Nismo se razumeli, da je smeštaj bio uplaćen za 4 osobe (dva odrasli+dvoje dece), oni su pripremili samo spavaću sobu za 2 osobe. Međutim, domaćin je rešio posteljinu za 5minuta i sve je bilo u redu. Internet radi odlično. Parking za svaki apartman posebno u garaži. Posteljina čista i mirišljava.

Moglo je malo da bude čistiji pod, hodali smo u čarapama, pa smo nakon skidanja čarapa primetili da su čarape jako prljave nakon šetanja po stanu. Oseća se kanalizacija u wc-u. Nema čaj i kafa za dobrodošlicu, postoji aparat za kafu ali ne i kapsule.

Je vais repasser une autre fois, donc ca va bien

Un grand appartement dans un nouveau bâtiment. Donc tout nouveau, et situé dans les alentours de la ville. Ce qui est idéal pour les gens qui transitent. Des places réservés dans un sous terrain pour les appartements Eliza. Très calme et très grands.

L'appartement en soi même est très bien, mais il y a des choses à optimiser. Un check-in un peu compliqué. Le codeur pour ouvrir la porte du bâtiment se trouve à l'arrière du bâtiment, mais ce n'était pas précisé dans les mails, donc il fallait chercher !! Le garage n'est pas encore terminé et sale des travaux. J'ai ramené plein de boue avec la valise... C'est tellement nouveau que j'ai quelques conseil pour améliorer la situation: 1) Des photos pour faciliter de trouver les clés 2) Mettez des crochets dans la salle de bains pour les serviettes par exemples. 3) Changez la garniture de la douche, C'est du provisoire actuellement 4) Mettez une serviette, ou un rouleau de papier de cuisine s.v.p. , dans la cuisine. 5) Nettoyez le garage svp.

O locație nouă și parcarea subterană!

Din păcate curățenia din locație a lăsat mult de dorit. Pânze de păianjen în multe locuri. Televizorul nu a funcționat (mai bine zis a funcționat cum a vrut el). Una din puținele cazări care nu pun la dispoziție o sticlă cu apă (ceea ce mi se pare decent pentru anul 2025!!!) Sper ca aceste critici să vă ajute, nicidecum să le luați în nume de rău pentru ca există potențial de bine!

Интерьер квартиры понравился. Паркинг тоже хороший. Получить ключи было легко. Много принадлежностей для кухни.

-Душ не работает, идет или кипяток, или ледяная вода. -Месторасположение плохое, с одной стороны стройка, с другой-базар. Возле дома бегают собаки, довольно агрессивные. -Атмосфера тоже плохая.

Dezamăgire!

Apartamentul în sine!

Nu mi.a plăcut din doua motive: 1) greu de comunicat cu gazda 2) faptul ca nu a fost făcută curățenie după ceilalți care au locuit acolo noi am fost la camera 406 nu pot spune altceva despre celelalte camere .Când i.am comunicat proprietarului mi.a spus ca nu a fost făcută curățenia cu materialele corespunzătoare și ca dacă vreau îmi poate da banii înapoi! În dormitor am găsit guma de mestecat (folosita)lipita pe polița patului și în baie un prosop folosit uitat probabil de la cei care au stat înaintea noastră! Locația la periferie greu de ajuns și cu GPS ul!

Apartamentul este nou si spatios, bine organizat cu un pat matrimonial mare si comod.

Curatenia a fost principalul minus. Baia nu era deloc curata (toaleta, chiuveta murdare, pe jos plin de praf, am gasit un prosop care avea urme de sange de la tantari), in bucatarie erau degete peste tot pe aparatura de bucatarie si din nou pe jos nu a fost sters recent in tot apartamentul, pete pe pereti de tot felul. Un alt minus, dar care a fost greseala mea ca nu am verificat mai atent a fost locatia. Fiind un bloc nou care inca nu este locuit in totalitate si se mai construieste in jur intr-o zona a periferiei orasului am intampinat tot felul de lucrari care ne-au tot ocolit pana sa ajungem la locatie (e nevoie obligatoriu de masina personala sau folosit uber/bolt sa).

Apartamentul este spațios și foarte bine împărțit.Arata aproape ca nou. Raport calitate preț foarte bună.

Curățenia lasă de dorit,femeile de serviciu ori lipsesc cu desăvârșire ori nu își fac treaba bine sau deloc. Mirosul neplăcut de canalizare de la dus creează un disconfort nazal greu de suportat.

Un apartament super si confortabil

Apartamentul este superb din toate punctele de vedere, liniste, priveliște, curat si tot ce ai nevoie pentru uz, este pus la dispoziție. Pentru cei care cauta un refugiu departe de orasul aglomerat, acest apartament este perfect, deoarece blocul este încă nou si nu a fost dat in folosință total, majoritatea etajelor fiind goale. Cu siguranță daca as locui in Timișoara, as alege chiar sa cumpar un apartament de genul!

Raport bun calitate - pret

Apartamentul arata exact ca in poze, spatios, inalt, mobila noua, totul modern. Parcare subterana, lift. Distanta pana in centrul orasului este de aproximativ 10 minute cu masina. Peste drum se afla o piata de fructe si legume, iar la 2 minute cu masina un supermarket Profi. Dotari: esspresor, cuptor microunde, inclusiv masina spalat vase si rufe, vesela pt 4 persoane, tot ce ai nevoie pentru o sedere frumoasa.

Blocul se afla intr-o zona in care se construieste, ar fi necesara spalarea geamurilor si stergerea pervazurilor mai des intrucat se strange praf imediat. As recomanda dotarea apartamentelor cu un aspirator si eventual un mop, mai ales pentru cei care aleg sejururi mai lungi. Ar fi fost nice to have: saci gunoi, pastile masina spalat vase / rufe. Nu am reusit sa accesam program TV.

Felicitari proprietarului!

Apartamentul este imens si foarte bine mobilat si utilat. Totul a fost foarte curat. Prosoapele si asternuturile, impecabile. Ceva ce ne-a impresionat a fost faptul ca este primul apartament inchiriat in regim hotelier, cu canapea extensibila, care are un topper pentru a dormi confortabil. Felicitari!! Copiii mei s-au simtit foarte bine cand au vazut ca "nu dorm inghesuiti" si au vrut sa faca chiar si duș cand au vazut baia:))

Nu este ceva neplacut cu privire la aprtament insa o mica sugestie pentru viitor. Ar fi foarte utile niste tacamuri.
