Great value for money, with excellent parking options.

The host is very responsive, since and helped us with everything. Rooms are big enough, and there is everything you would need. The parking is great both in front and at the back. The bathroom is also ok.

It could be a bit cleaner. And location, it is not exactly great for walking around, but there was snow everywhere when we visited, so that made thing harder. There are no like info pamphlets, you suggestion what should a tourist visit. Just a pretty basic rooms, with everything you need.

The accommodation is spacious and warm. The beds are very comfortable and everything is clean. We had a problem when entering the building, but if you follow all the instructions it is not difficult. The location is excellent, 2 km from the square where "Advent" is held, so you can walk along the river to the square.

If you get wet, there is no hair dryer.😂

Needs serious improvement in cleaning

Disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment. Although the sheets and towels were clean, the rest of the space was not well maintained: The floor was dirty, The kitchen desk and furniture were greasy and dusty, And the windows hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It gave the impression that only minimal effort was made before my arrival. Would not book again unless cleaning standards are seriously improved.

There were bed bugs in one of the bedrooms and in the living room, room #25. The administrator offered another room where we could no longer sleep, thinking about the bed bugs, and blamed other tourists who may have brought the bugs with them. No responsibility taken, whatsoever!

NOT RECOMMENDED !!! I didn't get what I booked. I was traveling with three small children and booked a two-room apartment, but I got two separate rooms on different floors. The person who greeted me didn't speak English, so I couldn't understand anything. I spoke to his boss on the phone, and when I tried to explain what I was looking for, he replied curtly that I had on my email what I booked. :( The neighboring yard smelled of burning plastic all day long. Very dirty, there were hair residue in the toilets...

Definitely good value for money. Cheap place, with parking.

The location was as expected, relatively near the city center. It's a pleasant 20-minute walk alongside Bega River to the city center. Bonus info: A taxi to the hotel is 3 euros. The room is cozy and has everything you need for a 1-3 days stay. It is an excellent place for people arriving by car.

The room floor was noticeably unclean, which affected the overall impression of the space. It’s a small detail, but one that matters. With just five minutes and a wet mop, the area could have looked significantly better. A quick clean-up would not only improve hygiene but also create a more welcoming environment. Maintaining basic cleanliness shouldn’t be overlooked, especially when it takes minimal time and effort. The sheets and bathroom were ok.

Aesthetic and comfy place, could be perfect if cleaner

* The apartment is modern, it has a lovely design, making it feel welcoming and relaxing. * The location is great, within walking distance of the main attractions.

* The check-in process was a bit frustrating The host misunderstood our arrival time and didn't provide the check-in details in time. We called when we arrived and got the info on the spot. * The apartment needed some deep cleaning The shower drain and corners were very dirty, we cleaned it ourselves on the first night. The towels also had a moldy smell to them, like they had been stored away for a long time and just now taken out. We had to wash those too. There was dust on the bedside lamps, which would fall on the bed (or on your head) when you would turn them on/off. The water reservoir for the coffee maker in the kitchen had mold inside! * Loud neighbors/thin walls The wall between the bedroom and the next apartment is extremely thin. We would hear yelling and arguing late in the evenings, as we were trying to sleep.

If I were to come again to Timisoara, I would stay here again.

The building was very clean, smelled really nice. Looks new. The building itself is accessible by entering the code on the front door. On the ground floor, there was a Christmas tree, and a sofa and chars to sit onto. We got our keys by opening the boxes with our codes. Our rooms were on the first floor. Very cozy, had everything that you need. Clean towels, clean sheets, wardrobe, mini fridge and really soft bed. Wifi was free of charge. There is also a private parking, free of charge, located in the backyard. It is pretty big, and looks very safe to park your car (there are garage doors, closing at 22.00). I even send a message to the property staff for a information about locking the garage door, and got a code for opening it, if I dont make it till 10p.m.

The room carpet was really dirty. It didn't ruin our stay, but it should be either cleaned, or replaced. I rated 9, instead of 10, because of it. I really dont have anything else to say to a negative point.

One of the worst experiences.

I booked the apartament in 7 october, arrived there at 12 a.m., tried the code for the box that held the key from the room, but they gave me the wrong code. Tried to call them for 30 minutes, they did not answer the phone, so my girlfriend and i had to sleep in the lobby, on a sofa. We were lucky they had a bathroom in the back of the building. They contacted me only at 6 in the morning. They were apologetic and sent someone to open the box that held the key, but it did not work for them either, so we stayed together in front of the door for a few minutes until they found the code. I had to vacate the apartament at 12 p.m., so i actually stayed in the apartament for less than 6 hours. Also, the room did not match the pictures from booking, for example we found two single beds, they advertised for a queen bed. First and third photos are what we had, second and fourth are what they advertised.

Clean spacious room and bathroom. We were able to leave our luggage in the morning before check in.

Room was booked for 4 people, however there were only 3 sets of pillows/duvets. There was nobody at the property in the evening to ask for the missing one, so we had to manage without it. No flyscren in the window and we had few mosquitos in the room

Basic but clean and modern 3 bed room. Good working air conditioning. Free parking in front of the house (and yard). Good communication with the owner and easy check in. Good sized bathroom.

Mattress was a bit soft. Shower bath needs a splash screen/ shower curtain.

It was easy to check in and the room was quite clean. The aircondition system was good. It is overall good value for the money.

It is located in a bad and problematic area. I saw drug abusers and alcoholics in the same street as the residence was located. Also there was just too much noise and the curtains didnt block the sunlight. The carpet was not vacuumed well enough.

In general everything is great, quite place, 20min walk from the city center. Everything was clean. Free parking in front of building.

This is self check-in system so my recommendation for owner is to put Wi-fi password to be visible somewhere in apartman so guests do not need to contact owner for password.

The property is close to the trains station, it’s in an area not very nice but you have Bega close and you cand have a walk in the morning and it’s a nice coffee shop close.

We booked rooms for 4 person but they gave us room with 1 duoble bed and 1 extra small bed for one peson!!! This type of the rooms is for 3 people not 4. We decided to take one extra room, paid extra money.

It was a good stay.

the room was ok with a comfortable bed. The communication was good, you will enter the building with a code proven by the owner.

the location is close to the train station, in the weird neighborhood, the bathroom was not that clean, with a lot of hair on the ground. The room could have some improvements, like painting the walls and offering at least glass of water for the guests.
