Excellent location.. very near the train and bus station. Near the groceries and good restaurants.
Elevator was a plus. The bathroom is shared.
TV isn't working.

Close to the train station
We arrived a bit early. Sent messages and called several times to check whether we could leave our luggage. No one answered the phone. No reply on the message.
When we finally checked in, the guy asked for city tax to be paid. I wanted to pay in card but they said their machine is not working and I need to pay in cash. So I asked if I can pay later since I didn't have any cash. After that nobody showed up. There was no reception.
Shared bathroom size is okay, but the facilities were not. We were not given any shower gel or shampoo. We left the room after 2 nights. There were no cleaning in between, no one even came later to get the city tax. It was a weird stay for us.
Maybe for a single night it's okay if you just need a place to sleep. Anything more than 1 night, I'd not recommend it.
