Decent rating? Didn’t realise the bathroom was separate, told on arrival we should have pre planned the arrival time and advised the accommodation. It was uncomfortable to the point we thought out booking might be cancelled. Worry when travelling with children. Over all clean, helpful and good value for money.
it got cold heater didn’t work. but i got the extra blanket and it was OK

Room was nice and comfortable. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. A bit of a walk to restaurants versus gastronomia.
Staff was not the most pleasant. Had trouble with no hot water. Told it would work but only 2 of the 4 of us could shower with cool water before it turned ice cold.

The location was perfect. 5 min walking from the train station.
THe address in booking is wrong so we were scared when we arrive there and we didn't see anyone... The toilet was big enough but the shower was a bit disappointing.
