Location and value for money. Access to bus for airport and also buses and trains for Venice. Staff welcoming.
Don’t be put off by the entrance as once upstairs feels safe and clean.

One overnight stay arrived late outside check in time but everything arranged and worked smoothly. Very clean!! Didnt meet any staff. Parking near bye quite expensive 22 euro per night but thats the way it is not the hotels fault but if staying for a week or more would need to be considered. Ate nearby in a small local bar, was nice. We would stay there again as we often go to Venice Lido by car from Germany after work and like to break the journey in Maestre, not least to shop the next day particularly if staying for a week or more.
Again not the hiotels fault but parking is an issue but its fine if just a night or two.

The location is great for getting into Venice
The retail unit below was being refurbished and the worker was using electrical power tools through the night.
