Very good location/rooms. Only a pity about the poor (none when needed) communication.

The location was very centrally located. Not in the middle of the center but very nearby.

CHECK-IN: We were allowed to check in 1 hour earlier by 2pm. However, we didn't get the number combination to open the key box. Requesting multiple times, spread over several hours we didn't get a reply through Booking.com mailing. Nobody picked up the phone after calling multiple times the given phone number. (We did get some contact earlier , assuming from the owner, about the request to check in 1 hour earlier, through text message coming from a seemingly US-phone number(?)) Standing in front of the door, without key, after 2 pm, through coincidence a resident came out, she called the owner (through another number as given to us, we can only guess) The owner came to the building and gave the keys. FIRST NIGHT: Residence in the same building underneath our unit started making loud music and talking in a loud manner from 11pm to 3:30am... no sleep. The next day we tried to contact the owner to inform him... again no reply. Next night the same started at around 2 am... almost no sleep.

Great stay

The fact it was a new build meant it was clean and fresh. The apartment was warm without heat on which was perfect. The man I spoke to on booking, as it was a rushed booking, was extremely helpful and I can't thank him enough.

There was nothing we disliked, but there could of been more utensils in the kitchen, as catering for ourselves it was rather limited.

The only downside is that you can't open the main door from the intercom; you can only communicate with other apartments, which is inconvenient.

Value for money, clean room, helpful host.

We arrived late at night, and we needed to contact the host via whats up, for further guidance. More than willing to assist us.

There is no free parking. There is a private parking place just opposite the property

Great place. Clean! And bright. And quiet location.

Very clean. Fresh. Nice space. Everything looks new. Driving into the area you would not expect this place inside. And quiet for location. When 5 mins walk down the road is hustle and bustle.

This does not reflect bad on this property. But i would personally put something down inside the show base, this is due to when product like shower gel is on the base its really slippery. The kitchen is great but only the very basic utensils. Would recommend sharp knifes. And more cooking utensils. As if you are a home-cook foodie or staying more then a few nights will need more.

Relaxed and comfortable

This property is new and beautiful renovated keeping in mind every detail. It’s clean and spacious. The laundry room is also well maintained. Access to the property is very simple.

Clean. Better than the pictures! Building spotless too. Bed was super comfortable and good space for a studio.

Theatre trip

The studio was really comfortable, well furnished and spotlessly clean. We were only there for one night to visit the theatre in Coventry but would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the city.

The surrounding area is a bit shabby and run down. There is a bit of noise from traffic outside.

Good stay but hard to sleep

Well appointed and super clean, great location, good info from Covstays who run it. Had ever needed for a short stay, parking was easy.

Beds were super hard like sleeping on a board. Neighbours were loud at night banging around and not much soundproofing. When an adjacent unit has the TV on it’s quite loud.

Le séjour s' est bien passé mais la rue où se trouve l' immeuble est sale.

Les formalités pour accéder au logement sont trop contraignantes. Nous n' avons jamais pu régler en ligne le dépôt de garantie qui était exigé. Il n' y avait pas de réception sur place et c' est grâce à une locataire d' une grande gentillesse que nous avons réussi à avoir le code de la boîte à clés et pouvoir rentrer dans le studio. Pour cette raison, je ne pourrais recommander votre logement à un étranger de passage.

Dommage pour les nuisances

Un joli petit appartement très cosy, bien agencé et bien équipé, non loin du centre.

Appartement en rez de chaussée qui donne sur le trottoir. Pas assez isolé pour le bruit. Trop de va et vient dans l'appartement d'en face, avec claquement de porte. Les personnes sonnait à notre appartement au lieu du 1. Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits et ne sommes restés qu’une nuit.
