Perfect for our needs
Really good value for money. Three bedrooms for this price, brilliant! Clean, perfectly comfy beds loads of space.
It was a bit fiddly trying to get the lock box open in the dark and the rain. But when I messaged the owner to say we were struggling they were going to head straight over.

Disappointing
The rooms were as expected and the sheets were clean. The staff responded quickly to calls.
Upon he property I couldn’t get in and was stuck outside in the rain due to having been sent the wrong code for the lock box however luckily someone was sent out to let me in. The property is in need of some fixings like a hole/large dent in the living room wall, dripping kitchen tap and mouldy shower, probably due to no extraction fans in the bathrooms or squidgy for the walls. There was only one large towel per person so as “towels provided” goes it wasn’t great and no hand towels for the bathrooms. Additionally on the second night of our stay the boiler stopped working so we had no hot water or heating leaving us with freezing cold showers or not being able to shower and being very cold in the house, however this was only realised when we came back from our evening out and we thought it was pointless calling late at night when we were leaving the next morning. There was also no washing up sponge, only a very old metal scourer under the sink with other cleaning products. Some of the light switches gave off electric shocks as I suspect they might’ve gotten damp from the leaving of some windows open during the bad weather before arrival. Also the floor had not been cleaned/hoovered before arriving. Generally the whole property gave off badly worn student house in need of repair.

Fantastic host.
Great location for the event we were attending. Had a BBQ grill which we thoroughly enjoyed for our 31st high school anniversary. The availability of parking for 2 vehicles and 2 others street parking which we fortunately didn't get a ticket. The availability and hospitality of the host.
It honestly served the purpose of our visit and we were just former high school lads hanging out together after a very very long time. However, if I was down with my family, I would have a bit of an issue with a loose biscuit left in the pots and pans storage unit. A little housekeeping issue that can be easily avoided.
