We needed a 1 night stay reasonably close to the NEC and this was perfect. Excellent value. Plenty bedrooms & bathrooms.
Facilities all good & very comfortable.

Only mildly negative comment would be that it got a bit crowded in the kitchen& the living space was a bit sparse …. But that’s due to giving us the bedroom space - so a good trade off

Excellent location, free parking on site, all en suite rooms
Basic but comfortable, suited to our needs for one night stay

Plenty of room to accommodate adults & kids. Beds were super comfortable and showers exhilarating.
