Location very good for Coventry centre but we weren’t aware that we would not be able to get the car closer, even for unpacking. There was a confusing message on the morning of out arrival asking us to pay and extra 20 even though the full amount had been paid the day before. It wasn’t possible to reach anyone by telephone about this. Studio was small but OK. Everything had to stay in suitcases as there was nowhere to unpack clothes

The location of the cottage is fantastic, right in the centre of town. The cottage itself (No5) was well presented, although the kitchen was not as equipped as it could be, given it is marketed as 'luxury'. The only cooking utensils were a ladel, spaghetti spoon, cutting knife and a bottle opener. We have stayed in No 6 before and it had a good range of utensils and chopping board and also had items like oil, salt, pepper, large milk which we did not get this time.

The bed was very comfortable and the en suite modern and clean, the kitchen area was spotless and had all one would need for self catering
