The property is fine, it’s comfortable and clean
It’s an absolute nightmare to speak to anyone. When you call the numbers supplied, it connects to to AI which just keeps repeating ‘I can only deal with new bookings so to speak with a real person is difficult at best.
Then as you’re trying to get entry details, they hit you with a £300 refundable damage fee which goes into an escrow account. They told us that we will get that back once the cleaners have been in, that hasn’t happened yet. I will update my review when this is paid back. I spent the week worrying that this isn’t coming back to my account, especially when no one wants to talk to me.
