Clean, relaxing, lovely hosts and delicious breakfast! The location was excellent, but we had a car. Rouffach is delightful town and so close to vineyards and many beautiful Alsace towns but in a quiet area away from tourists.
The parking lot at the place is pretty tight, so make sure you have a compact car.

This is a gorgeous and unique property. Everything is done with amazing care and beauty. It really has a focus on comfort and healing. The rooms are gorgeous and breakfast is great. And it’s in a wonderful location, with restaurants and beautiful hikes and scenery nearby.
I may have visited on a week when the owners were away. But I was disappointed that no one greeted me when I arrived, or showed me around. There are saunas and steam baths on the property that needed some explanation and no one bothered to help me at any time. As a solo traveler I often prefer staying in a hotel rather than an Airbnb so that I can have staff give me pointers and ideas about local things to do and see, or assist me if I need help. There was no staff that reached out to me during my stay.
