    Something to note is card can't get to the property only motor bikes can. So prepare for a few minutes walk. When I arrived at 3pn they were still cleaning which is OK if they had cleaned thoughly after the last guests. Upon moving a sofa to kill a Cockroach I discovered tissues and dirt under there. They said they would clean the room daily but I was constantly chasing it up either do it or don't do it. They only seemed to do it if you were in the room. If you are not going to clean the room at least leave enough towels for the stay and toilet paper. The apartment I stayed in just lacked a little care. It's perfectly fine for a few days. The host was very responsive. The room I had only had a projector not a TV which was OK as it was loaded with Netflix app. Overall I recommend the property. I was a little upset as the apartment I chose on Agoda was changed to a different one but communication wasn't clear. The neighbourhood is very traditional Vietnamese and I loved the ambience. Super close to restaurants and bus stops.

    The homestay is good and clean the only downside is that it's in the alley but it was easy to find the location through google maps and owners tip. Overall, the homestay is great, clean and everything is working fine.
