    My friend and I had an absolute blast at El where Hotel! The hotel itself is so aesthetic, every corner is beautifully designed, stylish, and perfect for photos. Beyond the stunning design, the location is unbeatable for getting around, and the cleanliness is a total 10/10. A massive shoutout to the staff as well, they were a complete 10/10! So welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making our entire stay feel effortless and warm. I’ll definitely be recommending El where to all my friends back in Malaysia looking for a fun, spotlessly clean, and gorgeous place to stay. Can't wait to visit again!

    “Thái độ nhân viên tệ” Chúng tôi có một trải nghiệm rất không thoải mái tại khách sạn này. Vào khoảng 11:50, khi tôi và bạn gái đang chuẩn bị check-out, một nhân viên đã tự ý mở cửa phòng và bước vào mà không hề gõ cửa trước. Lúc đó, cả hai chúng tôi đều không mặc quần áo, khiến chúng tôi vô cùng sốc và xấu hổ. Điều đáng thất vọng là nhân viên không hề có bất kỳ lời xin lỗi nào sau sự việc. Chúng tôi cũng đã treo biển "Do Not Disturb" bên ngoài cửa phòng. Nếu khách sạn cần liên hệ vì sắp đến giờ check-out, có nhiều cách phù hợp hơn như gọi điện đến phòng hoặc gọi vào số điện thoại của khách, thay vì tự ý mở cửa Quyền riêng tư của khách cần được tôn trọng. Sự việc này khiến chúng tôi cảm thấy rất không an toàn và ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến trải nghiệm lưu trú. Hy vọng ban quản lý sẽ xem xét lại quy trình làm việc và đào tạo nhân viên để tránh những trường hợp tương tự xảy ra trong tương lai. We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. At around 11:50 AM, while my girlfriend and I were getting ready to check out, a staff member unlocked our room and walked in without knocking. At that moment, both of us were completely undressed. We were shocked, embarrassed, and felt that our privacy had been seriously violated. What made the situation even worse was that the staff member did not apologize at all. We had clearly placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door. If the hotel needed to remind us about check-out, there were many more appropriate ways to contact us, such as calling the room or contacting us by phone, instead of entering the room without permission. Respecting guests' privacy should be a basic standard in any hotel. This incident made both of us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. We hope the management takes this matter seriously, improves staff training, and ensures that no other guests have to experience the same situation.
